Hi everyone,
here are the details for the next Perth WAIP meeting for Wednesday 27th February.
6.15 for 6.30 start
Cost $10 per head to cover room and electronics
Venue: The Onedex Training Centre
44, Goodwood Pde
Burswood
easiest access is from the Great Eastern Highway.
Free street parking available
This month we are delighted to have Kate Anderson from Bouvard Settlements as our guest speaker.
Kate will talk to us about how we can smooth the path from signing the contract to settlement and things to look out for along the way.
So, bring all of your questions and most importantly bring yourselves
We will also have a follow up from an earlier real deal and a round table discussion on the Perth property market and where it may be headed in 2008, which should see some lively discussion.
Followed by tea, coffee and networking.

Welcome to Perth.
Our next meeting will be on Wed 26th March at the same venue as above.
We will send out a reminder closer to the time.

The group is quite informal and the focus is on sharing and learning information relevant to property investing and net working with like minded individuals. It’s usually a lot of fun.
