    My 2nd investment purchase which I'm waiting approval from my bank as i type this.

    I'm with MembersEquity and Ive been approved for the loan but they see it as a buisness loan.

    The person who I'm getting the loan through is trying to prove that my 2 townhouses and 2 units should quilify for a standard house loan….

    If i do get charge buisness loan will it be alot more than a normal house loan?

    ME are a funny organisation to deal with.

    Excellent on the mum and dad home loan but anything out of the box is just not for them.

    It might not be a matter of a higher interest rate and fees it might just merely be a NO we wont do anything.
