Hi,
I have heard about the concept of using debt to service debt to borrow even more $$.
Can someone give a brief overview of this? How many investors exercise this technique? How risky is it? (e.g. are there ways to buy insurance to mitigate risk) Any other comments?
we use a line of credit to help our unfortunately -ve geared IP, as long as you keep it for business and don't use it for personal it works well just depends on how comfortable you are with debt and rising interest rates
