I currently undertake renovation/flip projects in Melbourne, I was wondering if anybody could recommend either solicitor/ accountant or other person who offers competitive second mortgages and is reasonable to deal with.

I would be looking at obtaining a 2nd. mortgage to 70-80% or higher if possible.

There are plenty of second mortgage providers at that level. I suggest you speak with a broker who has experience with these loans and they should have a few options for you.
