    Dear Investors,

    As I had mentioned in my other post I have invested in block of land in The Chase in Berwick (A South-Eastern Suburb of Victoria, Melbourne Metro).

    What experience investor suggest …

    Selling a block of land ?? or

    Selling whole property (land + construction) after building home on it ??

    Which one get more profit to me?
