    Hi everyone, i would like to buy a property from an associate and we have come to an agreement that the purchase price should reflect the results of an independent property valuation together with market research of our own.  could anyone please recommend an independent valuation company that they have used.

    Contact the Australian Property Institute – they are the controlling body for all valuers and their listing should show any areas of expertise.
