    Hi,

    What predicted & worst case figures do you use for Capital Growth Rate & Loan Interest Rate figures in your projections? That is the worst case figure being the one you use for sensitivity analysis ("what if") to make sure you managed your risk/exposure. For example:

    Item 2009 2010 2011 2012 etc …
    CapGrowth
    CapGrowth(worst)
    InterestRate
    InterestRate(worst)
