    Hi all,

    I signed a 60 day authority to sell my property and my agent still hasn't advertised my home for sale over 1 week later. I suspect that she doesn't want to jeopardise negotiations between other vendor's and buyers of other properties which she has had on her books for longer (as I am selling a similar house but for a fairer price than the other properties on her books).

    She also hasn't replied to any of my emails or returned my calls.

    Can anyone tell me what I can do about this, as I am paying her advertising costs?

    Ring up and complain. Have a read of your agreement and see what it says – probably doesn't mention a time frame on when your house will be advertised, but I would complain anyway.
