you purchased it say 9 years ago for $150k
pretty much havent spent a cent in this time
you have the same tenants for several years
you have now had it on the market for the last 2.5 years
no real pressure to sell prior to this but are getting keen now
just kocked back an offer of $305k.
not much owingWhat sort of offers would you be open to from your tenant.
would you sell it if an offer comes up or keep your tenants and do
something along the lines of vendour finance maybe. A Deposit would be able to be put down {first home buyers grant] possibility of more. repayments could be nearly double that of the rent currently paid.
the tenants are keen but what are the beniefits for me
