    Hi All,
    Everyone always says "Have an exit plan/strategy"

    What are some suggestions other than "Fire Sale!!!!"?

    Can anyone tell some stories with their exit plan and having to follow through with the exit plan – both pretty and unpretty so i can learn from you?

    Wrap it or Rent TB to create positive cash flow, i do it all the time thats one of my exit strategies.

    I haven't had to exercise an exit plan, but I do have one just in case. I buy properties under market value that can also have a value add by doing a few cheap renos. I know that if I needed to sell, I would make at least 40K, even at fire sale prices.
