    Hello,

    I have recently purchased a property in Mooropona (2 bedroom unit) suburb of Shepparton and Planning to buy a three bedroom house for 135,000 in Shepparton as well.

    Could anyone suggest if Shepparton is a good place to buy at this stage. I have purchased One in City and Hoppers Crossing and they are giving me positive cash flow.

    I have heard lot of farming is going on in Shepparton with Overseas farmers getting involved.

    How good is it to buy in Shepparton. Please advise.

    I know this is an old post but how have you found Shepp for your investments? Vacancy rates ok? Any real estate agents to avoid?
