    Hi,
    Im looking into getting my first IP in SA and wondering if there is any good conveyancer or solicitor you guys can recommend?

    Is it also a good idea to have a selected building and pest inspection contact prior to viewing the property? Just so they can inspect the property within the cooling period?

    Please advise as I'm getting a little lost to how to proceed after putting the holding deposit.

    Hi  Sharity we own an investment property down south at Aldinga Beach and went through a conveyancer at Kangarilla. The ladies name was Jeanette and she worked for Kangarilla Conveyancing. That is the only one i know of. She was very helpful and i have no problems recommending her but she is quite a way out of the city so this may not appeal if your IP is north of the city or down that way.
