    Hello

    Could anybody please tell me about manufactured homes?
    And properties someone can own the house but not the land. There is park fees including water.

    Can they be good investment?

    What should I considered when looking at this ones?

    The primary concern is LVRs; I'm not sure whether you can borrow to buy them. Talk to your mortgage broker.

    What do you mean by a "manufactured home" . Do you mean a transportable home, or a pre fab ?

    Hello and thank you.

    I just said manufactured because I only  wonder if any  of these houses (pre fab/manufactured/ transportable) the ones  that can be place  in areas similar than caravan parks and pay  parking fees  still could it be good investment.     ???
