i am interested in beggining my REI career and have seen a dvd by MCORP that has some solid ideas
Just wondering if anyone has gone through them or been to any of there seminars ect
any help would be great

I bought 2 units through Mcorp approx 2 years ago and they manage them too.
It has been a smooth process.
I have just refinanced and have been able to pull out almost all the equity we put in.

Mcorp has a free DVD that you can request below on the common sense approach to property investing- great for anyone who is starting out!
Do your own research on prices of comparable existing properties on the open market before signing anything with any company like this.
