    Hi Guys,

    Looking at buying a block of flats . There are more than four flats and they are on one title . Banks seem to cut off lo doc loans at 4 flats .

    Any good ideas .

    Upto 8 should be fairly straight forward.

    Might not get more than 75% LVR though.
