    Hi all,

    I'm looking to buy this but can't find it in stock anywhere. Could someone advise what's happening with it and why its no longer available?

    Also interested in a second hand copy if someone else doesn't want theirs. PM or Email me.

    Hi Frank,
    I asked the same question to Candice from propertyinvesting.com just the other day.  Here's her response:

    "thank you for your email.  We are currently deciding whether the product will be reproduced and updated, which is dependant upon Martin Ayles' availability – at this stage it is looking like we will be re-releasing the product around mid 2008. "

    I guess you and me will just have to go and find a 2nd hand one or just wait till mid year 2008!

    the blueprint is just brilliant, and I am not giving it up at no price!!!!
    Marty does have a one day seminar coming up later this year in Melb & Sydney so I suggest you get yourself a ticket to that!!!

    I'm a RP5er and I’ve tried everything I can do get a copy of Martin Ayles Blueprint. I don’t spose you know anyone who has a copy who would be happy to sell or rent me a copy. I'm really keen to learn more about Martin's system but im having no luck at all locating the package. So any help would be massively appreciated.
