Hi Everyone,
I am in the process of purchasing a 2 bedroom unit which will be used as a display unit aswell as 1 bedroom being used by the builder as an office for a peroid of 2 years
I have just received a quote for contents insurance ($40,000) and Landlords insurance and the quote price nearly knocked me over as it was around $2800, this seems really steep to me can anyone guide me in the right direction for or as it is classed as commercial insurance this is about the right price
Any help would be appreciated
