Hi I am looking for any suggestions on what to do next i have a debt on my ppor of $180,000 and i have a property in Invercargill that needs work done to it…..but i am at the cross roads do i sell it and cash in and bring $70,000 change back to Oz and wack it on my mortgage or do i spend a few thousand in renos and keep it…or maybe i should spend a few thousand doing it up then sell it but it more so needs cosmetic work done to it as apouse to value adding what are your thoughts??…..is there more growth to be had in Invercargill any comments would be greatly appreciated
