Hi guys,
I will settle on my first IP in Feb 08' and am looking at getting a regular team going but having trouble finding an accountant who has the 'property mindset'. The last one charged me $95 for 30mins and all he was good for was an excel spreadsheet that I could have done in year 7.
anyone in Melbourne want to plug their accountant and throw them some work???
