    Hi Guys,

    Am looking at completion of an inner city Brissie apartment v. soon, and am trying to maximise my cash flow.

    I am trying to source agents who specialise in corporate letting, in order to increase my rental return.

    I work for a large engineering company in Brissie, and am well aware of the high rates companies pay to rent (or lease) apartments….and yes have tried the boys at work, and they have n't got back to me yet!!!

    Does anyone out there know of a company (real estate or buying agaent) that has corporate clients looking for new apartments to rent.

    I have thought of doorknocking on big players in the city, but thought this might deter potential companies.

    Are you happy to use an Property Manager.

    If yes try Tania at Mayfair in Clayfield who can be contacted on 07 3262 4533.

    They have a number of Commercial properties they manage.

    Tell her i referred you and she will look after you.
