Anyone use one of these or another buyers advocate in Melbourne? Are they good value? Do they provide on-going coaching support? Big differences in fees Mcorp go for flat which seems more fair than a 2.5% + 1100 sign on fee, appears more of a motivation for a higher price.I can see the advantages of buyers agents re. time, their connections, etc however would appreciate any feedback from people of have used them and their experiences an
