G'day fellow investors,
I am looking at buying a property in Kamerunga (Cairns suburb). There are not many property listed on realestate.com.au for comparison. The property in the area seems to be growing at around 9% (10 year trend). With Cairns still a popular destination for internal migration, I think there are good prospects for cpontinued growth.
Does anyone know much about Kamerunga? Is there any infrastructure work happening in the area or any other news (good or bad) that might help me make my decision easier.
