    I spoke to five different agencies before deciding on my final choice and I still got it wrong, even though I was very thorough. Can anyone please advise of a good property manager/agent for the Arundel area? Or, is there a database of black listed PMs (just as there's one for "naughty" tenants? Any help would be appreciated.     I am also looking for a competent property manager on the gold coast. Have been through about 5 to date and all have been next to useless.  Did you follow up re this recommendation Angelcake?  What was the outcome?
