This month Brendan & I will unlock some secrets on how to quickly find a potential deal, then quickly run through the numbers to decide if it is worth spending the time to complete full due diligence. The aim is to show you how to save a whole lot of your investing time by looking at a vast number of deals, without wasting time on the ones that just won't work. We will also issue those attending on the night a free ‘time saver deal analysis’ spreadsheet.
Brendan will also have Jason Grace with him to crunch the numbers on Jason’s recent reno deal
Phil Schibeci will also give us his monthly update on his own development, and Neil Gorman (RP2 & Mortgage Choice) will discuss putting together the finance a construction deal.Details below
