Myself and an investing partner have immediate but limited availability for a jv in an investment we have bought in Whyalla, South Australia. If you contact me I can forward further details. As we already have most of the partners secured we would prefer people who are already strongly interested in the area and therefore understand the potential of the investment better ( and hence can make informed decisions quicker)
Not a huge amount of cash is required ($30-$120k upfront) plus approx $5k per annum. 2-3 year project.
