I was just wondering, we have a property which has increased substantially over the last 2 years, therefore our loan is much less than the value of the property.  Would it be valid to offer a wrap to the current tenant at an interest rate of less than the banks are offering to help her get into a property?

    Hi Ruebarb

Would you mind telling us if you are looking at this idea as a commercial transaction or is your motivation here, to help out a friend or relative?  Thanks.

    Cheers,  Paul
