    Shopping again for beachside land within 500m of ocean below $100,000 between Adelaide and Cairns.  Is it out there or is there a recent 2007 forum or list  already?

    Does the little beach block in the bush for $45,000 still exist in an isolated location ?

    Any help?

    Update Kangaroo Island just voted "Best Island in the South Pacific" and # 5 in the world.
    I am not endorsing this place but I am investing there.
