I am a new member of this forum. Before start questioning, i would like to introduce my self.
I am from Melbourne. I am professional (Electronics Engineer) recently started working in engineering field.
Me and my wife together earn up to 78K Per Annum.
Currently we are renting but we already purchase a block of land in Berwick (VIC, South Eastern Suburb) to build our dream home.
We are highly interested in property investment, self renovation and resell it and gain extra equity on property.
I would like to get some advice from experts how should we start?
What are the important steps to get in to property investment, self renovation and selling business?
What needs to know and what needs to remember to get in to this business?
I have lots of question in my mind but there is no point to ask them all together. Still I am new in this area. As I know more about this from responses, some get clear automatically.

Good on you for learning the ins and outs of what you're planning to achieve. Everyone starts out somewhere, and asking lots of questions is the best way to learn!
If you are looking to start out in property investing as a business, I would advise that you start out with a good accountant, who has experience in property investing.
I would advise that you find an experienced broker to help you out with your plans and talk to you about structures etc before you start out. Always better to have a plan to work towards!
Aside from that, read books, magazines, go to seminars and ask lots of questions!
