Question: No Stamp-Duty if Investment Property is bought in Vic directly from a developer? Is this a law/regulation in Victoria or this applies only to some developers, but not all? Any details, links, even contact details of departments where I can ask are welcome.

    Thank you.

In Victoria and only Victoria the stamp duty is only based on the land value. If the developer is not charging any stamp duty then it is likely that they have loaded the stamp duty onto the price.
