What does this mean?

If someone has that next to their name in a post, it means their account has been deleted.

So how can they still keep posting?
They aren’t able to once they’re deleted. But old posts will remain with “not verified” next to their name.
It is also used by auditors as an audit finding when the audit test could not be perfromed, I use it all the time when an activty is either not started or not possible to verify.
