    Hi, another question…
Am moving interstate and want to buy a house up there. We have a house here which we plan to rent out when we move.
Not sure whether we should get the loans now whilst we both have full time good wages, and somehow buy the property interstate before we get there… OR .. whether to just move interstate and find a rental to live in for 6mths, whilst we are looking for jobs and a house? Any thoughts? How do most people who are moving interstate do this????????? Any thoughts appreciated. Cheerz, :)

It may be wise to move to the area first so you can get a good feel on where to live. But if you get there and have quit your old job, it could be hard to get finance/
