Dear fellow investors,
Lets say inflation is 3% and the interest on term deposit is 6.5%. What would you consider a good rate of return?100% p.a. is a good rate of return, but it depends entirely on what you're doing (i.e. if you're not developing brand new townhouses using mostly other people's money, then look for a lower rate of return!).
