All Topics / Help Needed! / Anyone/ builders familiar with a “licence to construct” option?
Can anyone word me up on some details of a "licence to enter and construct" clause?
If it is new/ vacant land, does this clause allow the purchaser to actually BUILD the house before settlement?
Or does it only allow up to the planning (? or other?) stage to proceed?
Also, does it allow for vegetation removal, if cuncil has approved of it to be removed?
