    Hello,

    I am gearing up for my next buy…I want a 3×1 on a 700sm block, as close to Melbourne CBD as possible, with good public transport access to the city

    Any ideas? Where are people looking? I would like to pay around $350,000

    You can puch in all those criteria on the realestate.com website and it will bring up a number of places if they exist.

    Then, you can narrow down your search to a few suburbs that you are interested in and then the real due diligence begins.
    All the properties will have an ad by the selling agent attached, so you can ring them or email them and find out more infor, and if they have more listings etc.

    Give them a very detailed list of what you are looking for and let 'em go to it and find you something.
