Yes i know Spiro personally … nice bloke earning an income form finding properties on realestate.com.au as a buyers agent … quite successful i think … pick up the phone and call them …

I hope wealth4life's comments are incorrect, I would hate to think that a Buyers Agent would only source properties from realestate.com.

http://www.buyersagent.com.auIt's not up to me Mark as far as that stuff goes, but I have seen admin mark posts as spam with less advertising speel – still, it looks like you must be in the clear!
I think the main concern with some is that every now and then someone pops up (especially financiers) that rather than giving helpful iinfo or general advice, make a point of chasing buisness for a while, then dissappear.
With your signature down the bottom, I'm sure you will find people will look at your website if chasing an agent anyway.No stress – look forward to hearing your input on some of these forum topics Mark as you obviosuly have your finger on the pulse.
