Hi , I am looking at buying a one bedroom apartment in Parkville for 260k with balcony and carpark , I want to buy there as it is close to transport near city and ssurrounded by nice parks , I have the option of renting it between $250 and $270 per week , was just wondering if anyone had any ideas on pros and cons of investing there , ps i was looking at elwood , stkilda etc but for the price much better condition in Parkville , any feedback would be great ,thanx Hal
Parkville is a fantastic suburb – near the Zoo, Melb Uni, Golf Course, CBD and Uni High School – hope you bought that unit.
