    Hi All,

    Can someone give me there feeback on:

    Aged care units
    and
    Units in Resorts

    There are alot on the market and we have an ageing population.But they don't seem to sell very well??

    Can anyone shed some light for me?

    what has been everyones experience with these in relation to the managment rights??

    My understanding is that banks don't like them very much and either will not lend against them or will only give a low LVR of 50 – 60%. 

    Mortgage brokers, feel free to correct me if I am wrong.
