    Guys and gals!

    With all of the available property analysis software available these days, which one is the best or most widely used?

    Please tell us which one you use and why. What makes it so good? I am sure there are many people out there who want to buy some software, but are not sure which one!

    How do you mean excel Terry, is this your own calculations using excel, or is there software called excel for property calculations.
