Has anyone owner built, NOT lived in it, then sold it? Is this allowed? Or any "stories" of selling owner built premises?
What state are you in?
I think it is possible in NSW, but you are only allowed one owner builder licence ever 5, or so, years.

Hi Terry, I am in Vic and know I can build every 3, but I am wondering if there is any reason I wouldnt be allowed to SELL immediatley after building, and NOT having moved in myself. Thanks.
