Hello everyone,
My wife and I have (finally) purchased our first IP. Firstly, many thanks for all the interesting forums on this website, they have helped tremendously.
The IP is on the Central Coast of NSW and requires some reno work – reconfiguring the internal walls (some structural), adding a new front door, new kitchen etc.
Can anyone recommend a decent builder that may be able to help?

We are nearly finished renovations on our place in Gwandalan on Lake Macquarie. We have recently had a new kitchen done by Richard Beggs. His company is Kitchen makeovers. His number is 0418 405 500. He has a great showroom now at Berkley Vale I think it is. We were VERY impressed with him. Price was good and quality of workmenship was great. His professionalism was excellent. Very impressed we were.
