    Hi there,
I live overseas – PNG – and have started investing in property. I find that I have little time to get out and look, particularly living OS and all. I have recently picked up on some Realestate broker services. the services they offer seem to be pretty comprehensive but costly. Is this worth itif they can assist with good deals? has anyone had experience with any before?

    cheers
    Kensington

    Hi Kensington,

I would suggest that you talk to your friends in PNG and see if any of them can point you in the direction of an Agent who they may have had a good experience with and contact them and ask if they are prepared to help you find a place.

The real problem that most Investor Purchasers have is taking away the emotional side of the equation of the purchase.   As agents we look at property daily and often see one that shows an exceptional return for one reason or another, however, trying to convince an  unknown investor of this is nigh on impossible.   From your time poor position the biggest decision that you will have to make is one of trust.

    Hi,

Some Real estate broker services are good. It is worth ful when we choose the right brokers. However, it will be difficult to choose the right one. Before investing in any property its better to take an advice of the owners who had already bought the properties.
