    Hi Guys,

    Just want to ask a simple question about this. If I'm buying a townhouse that has only been rented out since it was built, can I still apply for the 5K?

    Also, does anyone have experience in townhouse IP? If so what are some of the things one should be aware of?

    Hi kenzel,

    I don't beleive you would be eligible for the bonus grant on this property if it is already established, regardless of whose occupied it. The bonus grant is for the person who builds the property as long as they are a First Home Buyer.
