Just wondering if any of you can help me.
I am planning to build 4 townhouses in Melbourne. The land in one tittle and I am having trouble finding the finance for building 4 house on one title.
Sould I subdivide into 4 title before the construction of after the construction? What are the pros and cons? thanks
