Need a little bit of advice –
Just wondering the best insurance company to go through for landlord insurance and how much does it cost per annum?
Apart from rates, excess water, maitenence, house and landlord insurance what else do i need to budget for with a rental?Terri Scheer for my 2 IP.

$200 odd for CGU cheaper through a broker than going direct to cgu. i rang them myself and they were dearer over the phone.
Unless you're planning to manage the property yourself you forgot agents letting fee and commission which is about 3% and 7 % in Melbourne. I know it differs in different places.
