I'm interested in learning about this type of Govt lease and what a lender might think with regards to leverage etc .
Being from Victoria I have not come across this before . I have just looked at large areas in far western NSW which are drought stricken . Someone may need to buy these properties cheaply to save these farmers from going bust eh!
Poor buggers ….
One large grazing lease that interested me is over 300 000 acres although only a small percentage of that may be used for farming etc . It is priced a little over $14 per acre . I expect the lease may be quite restrictive .
How can I learn about this ?
