IVE FOUND FIVE UNITS ON A BLOCK OF LAND ABOUT 700M2. ALL THE UNITS ARE ON FLOOR LEVEL. IT IS CURRENTLY UNDER TORRENS TITLE. IM AFTER THE BASIC THINGS THAT NEED TO BE IN PLACE TO STRATA TITLE THE UNITS AND ABOUT HOW MUCH IT WILL COST.

how long is a piece of string. Costing will vary depending on council requirements. you need to check the LEP with council. Most council will require a fire proof wll between each unit, separate power (some separate water) 1 or 2 carparks per unit. We are just finishing one in Armidale in NSW 4 x 2 for around $20,000.Hope this helps

All depends on the age of the block.
For example in Brisbane if the block is pre 1973 it is of right and requires no modication.
Post 73 the property must comply with the current Building regulations i.e firerating, etc
