I am looking for ideas on how to inform property investors about a great investment property.
I am currently selling my property in South Orange County, CA to move close to my girlfriend. The commute is hurting our relationship and I value our relationship more than my house. It is an ideal property to rent to a small family. It is a spacious condo and one of the few that has a large yard and views. This is a horrible market to be selling in, but I think an investor would like this place. I recently remodeled the place and will actually be losing some money on the remodel.
My question for this group is: What are some ways to notify property investors about my place? How do I find the people that invest in property?
