We're looking for possible JV's in Perth. Anyone interested?
My partner and I are finding that most properties we are after (that would be profitable) are slightly out of our price range. Or we're finding good deals that require far more work thank we would be comfortable doing. We're not very experienced but we're ready to go – financially, skills and time. We'd like to team up with one or more investors who are interested in renos, subdivision and development projects. Hopefully even lead and teach us. We are keen to learn as much as possible.
We've attented Steve's Melbourne seminar, purchased the Reno Toolbox, read several books and even recently completed a small reno on our PPoR to put all the theory into practise.
I've recently enrolled for the next Results program and I'd really like to have a few projects completed by the time I enter the program next June.So, if there is anyone out there that would be interested. Please either reply to this post or even email me on [email protected]
By the way, doesn't have to be in Perth only. We'd be more than willing to branch out for the right deals.
