I'm just wondering if anyone was planning on attending the First Home Buyers Expo in Sydney? It is on Sept 14-16 at The Entertainment Quarter, Moore Park. If so I have been given a limited number of Free tickets (value $18 each I think) as I will be one of the exhibitors at the show. So anyone who is interested in attending as they are looking to get into the market soon please let me know and I'll try and send you tickets prior to the event. I want the tickets to be used so please don't accept them and not come as it will prevent others from having the opportunity.

So I guess u could call it +cashflow then..
may be the way to go is to gain enough capital from renos to start making deals that deliver +cashflow from rent, since finding +cashflow properities are very hard.
I may be wrong.. Can anyone give any comments on my thoughts?good luck Baby
