    Looking for loan products at 90% LVR on two house and land packages Bellmere SEQ without mortgage insurance, can brokers come back to me please as contracts pending

    You will not find a lender offer you 90% without LMI unless you are happy to use a non conforming lender.

    The 2 or so lenders that offer 85% with no LMI will not do so under a HDT or UT structure.

    If I have to pay LMI what is the maximum LVR for a UT.

    95-100% dependant on the lender.

    St George have a newish product at 100% LVR with no LMI – but they charge a higher rate to compensate, so you would be better off paying the LMI. It is only for owner occupied too I think.

    Yes it is an O/O product only so in Dave's position want to use a corporate Trustee ATF a HDT wont work.
